Mary is a a shareholder in the firm's Employment and Health Care practice groups.  Her practice combines both counseling and complex commercial litigation.  As a member of the Health Care practice group, she has special expertise in medical record practices and procedures, patient privacy and human resource management.

She regularly counsels both public and private clients regarding wage and hour, FMLA, wrongful discharge claims, litigation and employment risk-management, discrimination and harassment complaints, COBRA compliance, and other day to day personnel concerns.  She is admitted to pratice in all state and federal courts in the state of Michigan, as well as in the Sixth Circuit of United States Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
