Robert C. Shaver

Bob Shaver graduated from Michigan State University in 1983 and from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1987. Following his graduation from law school, he worked for approximately four years as a tax professional with a national public accounting firm.

As a shareholder with Rhoades McKee, Bob emphasizes his practice in the business transactional area, real estate sales/acquisitions and development, estate planning and general corporate counsel for closely held businesses and their owners.

Bob is a certified public accountant and a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Grand Rapids Bar Association.
