Tony is a shareholder of Rhoades McKee who focuses his practice mostly on closely held businesses, mergers and acquisitions, tax planning and commercial transactions.

Tony has a broad range of experience providing legal services primarily assisting closely held West Michigan businesses and broader corporate clients in a variety of transactions and circumstances for planning including such issues as mergers and acquisitions, franchises, secured financing transactions, manufacturing agreements, software agreements, and strategic business planning.

Tony has also assisted clients with business branding and trade mark registration and protection issues to strategically market and build businesses through marketing and preserving valuable good will.

Tony has presented seminars regarding various business law topics to several professional organizations including the Michigan Small Business & Techhnology Development Center.

Prior to joining Rhoades McKee, he clerked with the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
