Peter J. Lozicki

Mr. Lozicki is a shareholder in the firm’s Business Law Group. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and other sophisticated commercial and banking transactions, as well as tax planning, business planning, corporate governance, and shareholder disputes. Mr. Lozicki received his BA from Hope College in 1986 and his JD from Wayne State University in 1992.

In addition to being an attorney, Mr. Lozicki is also a Certified Public Accountant and is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court.

Mr. Lozicki is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and its Business Law Section and Tax Section, as well as the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Lozicki has lectured and written numerous articles dealing with business and tax planning.
