Peter J. Lozicki
An Executive Committee Member at Rhoades McKee, Peter Lozicki is a shareholder in the firm’s Business Law and Health Care practice groups. He represents financial institutions, health care providers, closely-held businesses and public bodies. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and other sophisticated commercial and banking transactions, including health care financing, regulatory issues associated with tax-exempt entities, tax planning, business planning, corporate governance, and shareholder disputes.
In addition to being an attorney, Peter is also a Certified Public Accountant and is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court. He has lectured and written numerous articles dealing with business and tax planning.
