John Lichtenberg is a shareholder at Rhoades McKee and serves as the Chair of the firm’s health care practice group. He has worked with several area hospital systems on physician and affiliate contracting and compliance matters, employment and compensation issues, and he successfully defended one of the area’s largest federal whistleblower retaliation claims.

In addition to working with health care clients on a range of legal matters, he handles a wide range of commercial litigation matters, and has extensive experience and expertise in labor, employment and employee benefit matters. He is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts throughout Michigan, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
