Randy J. Kolar is an equity shareholder at Rhoades McKee and has been with the firm since 1995.  Prior to that time, Randy worked eight years for a large regional public accounting firm. 

Randy’s expertise is in the areas of estate planning, tax planning for individuals and businesses, and business representation, planning and counseling.  His areas of emphasis include sophisticated tax and estate planning, family limited liability companies, asset protection planning, charitable giving, succession planning, mergers and acquisitions and property tax appeals.  Randy has served as past chairman of both the Business and Estate Planning Groups of Rhoades McKee.
