Allison focuses her practice in the areas of general civil litigation, commercial litigation, internet law, and business law. In her current practice she frequently assists clients in protecting their intellectual property rights, including obtaining state and federal registrations and trademark or copyright infringement litigation.
Allison is also experienced in other areas of practice, including but not limited to, Landlord and Tenant Law, Real Estate Law, Family Law, Creditor’s Rights, and Labor and Employment Law.
Prior to working at Rhoades McKee as a summer clerk and joining the firm as an associate attorney, Allison clerked for the Honorable Kenneth F. Ripple of the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and also for the Honorable Rebecca R. Pallmeyer of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
In law school, Allison was honored with full membership status in the Moot Court Honor Society and contributed to the Valparaiso University Law Review as both an editor and note writer. Allison’s published work discussed the history of Internet regulations and explored the concept of social media law, particularly as it relates to defamation on the Internet.
