A shareholder and chairperson of the Business Practice Group, Tom focuses his practice on closely held businesses, mergers and acquisitions, tax planning and commercial and real estate transactions for all business types including corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies.

In addition to being an attorney, Tom is also a Certified Public Accountant and is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court.
