Todd A. Hendricks

Todd Hendricks is a Shareholder with the law firm of Rhoades McKee, PC.  His law practice focuses on real estate transactions and developments.  He has extensive experience in acquiring, financing, developing, selling and leasing commercial real estate, including industrial, office buildings, shopping centers, mixed-use developments, and residential subdivisions. 

Todd is experienced with traditional platted developments as well as site condominium, conventional condominium and conversion condominium developments.  He represents clients in requests for rezoning, planned unit developments, site plan approvals, and frequently represents clients at municipal hearings.  The breadth of his practice encompasses both local and multi-state transactions.

Todd has served on the Management Committee and as the Chairman of the Real Estate Practice Group for Rhoades McKee.  He currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Real Property Section of the Grand Rapids Bar Association.  Todd is listed in The Best Lawyers in America®, in the specialty of Real Estate Law, and in Michigan Super Lawyers, in Real Estate.

He graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1990. He received his law degree from University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 1994, graduating cum laude.
