Todd A. Hendricks

Mr. Hendricks graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1990. He received his law degree from University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 1994, graduating cum laude. Mr. Hendricks is the Chairman of the Real Estate Practice Group.

He specializes in the area of Real Estate Development and Zoning Law, with an emphasis on condominium development. He assists clients involved in industrial, commercial, and residential development projects. He has experience with traditional platted developments as well as site condominium, conventional condominium, and conversion condominium developments.

Mr. Hendricks represents clients in purchase agreement and lease negotiations and drafting, requests for rezoning and planned unit developments, and frequently represents clients at municipal hearings. Mr. Hendricks is a member of the Grand Rapids Bar Association (Member, Real Estate Section) and the State Bar of Michigan (Member, Real Property Law and Business Law Sections).
