With a foundation of over 11 years of prior  experience as a legal clerk, Juanita practices in the areas of business and corporate law, probate and estate planning, commercial and civil litigation, family law, personal injury and workers compensation. 

Born in Mexico and raised in Texas for 7 years, her family relocated to Michigan in 1983 to take advantage of migrant worker opportunities in Holland, Michigan.  Juanita has maintained her fluency in Spanish.

While in law school, Juanita won the Thomas M. Cooley Law School 2007 Mock Trail Competition and also received the Top Litigator Award.
